The NTA is a small fish in a big pond of AID organisations, however it is very effective and relevant in its own small way. The NTA does not waste money on big advertising campaigns, it works at the ground level to gain support and funding. I've been a member of the NTA for over ten years after meeting Colin and Ria in Maumere, Flores during my two years as an AVI volunteer. They work tirelessly to ensure that the NTA organisation is making real changes to peoples lives in Eastern Indonesia. I'm now part of a small group of volunteers in the Melbourne Branch of NTA, supporting the Canberra group.
Thanks also to D&L Keating and D Crosby for their $50 cash donations.
