I have been a supporter of the work of NTA since it was founded.  I know that the money raised is all used to improve the living conditions of the people of East Indonesia, with the minimum taken out for administration and publicity.  In 2007 I visited several of the villages who were being helped, and came away convinced that NTA offers the most direct way to help people help themselves.
